Stand Up Paddle (SUP) is a water sport for everyone! The fact that it is practised in the water, whether on lakes, rivers or in the sea, attracts the curiosity of many people. 

To start, you need the right material: the board and the paddle. Then you need to adjust the paddle's handle according to your height. 

  • The first step is to start by paddling on your knees to gain confidence and balance on the board. 
  • Once you feel more comfortable and confident, it's time to stand up, leaning your arms on the front of the board with the paddle horizontally, in front of you. 
  • Finally, once you're standing up, remember to keep your legs bent wide apart to keep your balance and hold the paddle in the right position, with one hand on the top and the other on the extension of the cable.
